Google Workflow is a cloud-based workflow engine that can be used to automate and orchestrate various services on the Google Cloud Platform. It's designed for processing sequences of events, and it is scalable on demand.

Using Workflows, you can create and execute workflows that connect a number of HTTP-based API services. You can also create sub-workflows that encapsulate a set of steps. These can be managed from the command line or through the Google Cloud console.

Google Workflows is built using a pay-per-use model, which means it charges you only for the time it takes to run the flow. As an example, you can use the workflow to automate allocating virtual machines to users. The workflow can also be deployed to Cloud Scheduler.

Google Workflows works with Google Apps Script, which is a scripting language designed to simplify data integration. This language makes it easy to connect your app to many different Google Cloud APIs. It's also great for integrating with other applications, including CRMs.

In order to set up a workflow, you need to first sign up for a Google account. Once you've signed up, you can either create a new project or delete an existing one. If you've created a new project, you can select the account you want to associate it with. Alternatively, you can choose an existing account.

Once you've set up your workflow, you can manage it from the Cloud console or through the REST API. Depending on your needs, you can choose to write your workflow in JSON or YAML.
